Eligibility:
- Nominees must be residents of Victoria/ NSW for a minimum of 2 years.
- Nominees cannot be previous winners of the AUS Tamil Community Award.
Awards Announcement:
The awards will be officially announced at a special Awards Ceremony on Saturday, November 4th, in Melbourne and Sunday, November 5th, in Sydney.
Selection Process:
- Winners will be determined by the AUS TAMIL TV Awards Committee.
- Nominees, nominators, or referees may be contacted for further information.
Notification:
All nominees will be notified of their nomination within 2 weeks of receiving a valid nomination. Nominees will receive a copy of their official nomination form, including the names of their nominator and referee.
Multiple Nominations:
- Individuals or groups may be nominated for more than one category. However, each individual or group can only be nominated once per category.
- Nominees may be considered for a category other than the one they are initially nominated in.
Confidentiality:
All enquiries and submitted information related to the awards will remain confidential, except for winners’ announcements.
Use of Media:
- Photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken at the Awards Ceremony may be used by AUS Tamil TV for promotional purposes unless otherwise advised by an attendee.
- Photographs provided by nominators can be used by AUS Tamil TV for promotional purposes unless otherwise advised by the nominator or nominee.
Final Decisions:
All judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the decisions.
